Space: the geographical area measured on a map approximately 100 km by 100 km.The operational scale of Army General simulates four major elements: This is a level that sits between grand strategy (the management of an army as a whole, economic policy, diplomacy) and the tactical experience (the familiar real-time tactical battles found in Steel Division 2’s Skirmish mode). With Army General, we set out to simulate a new game experience: the operational scale of warfare. Steel Division 2 will ship with four different Army General campaigns: Each campaign covers a different sector of the front and runs for a select number of days. You will be able to pick either side, German or Soviet, and command dozens of authentic battalions and air squadrons. In the new Army General mode, you will be able to play through a dynamic campaign that faithfully represents, on a 1:1 scale, some of the most important Operation Bagration battles that took place on the Eastern Front in the summer of 1944.

It includes a number of bug fixes and other improvements to the engine that will also be part of future free patches.Welcome to Army General, Steel Division 2’s new turn-based Dynamic Strategic Campaign mode. The Vehicle Pack updates your game engine from v3.00 to v3.10. The vehicles can be used right away in any new QuickBattle or in the editor to make your own scenarios and campaigns. The Vehicle Pack doesn’t include any missions or campaigns. The Vehicle Pack requires the base game upgraded to v3.0 but no other modules (however, to access module specific vehicles, that module is required for example, you can’t access the British vehicles if you only have the base game and no modules). Crabs of Doom!ī has announced the release of the Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy Vehicle Pack for Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy. The Sherman Crab anti-mine tank is just one of a number of unusual and exciting vehicles included in the Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy Vehicle Pack (for PC and Mac OSX)! How about the Churchill VII Crocodile or the French Char B-2(f) flamethrower tanks? Or the Churchill AVRE with a massive 290mm “Petard” mortar! The CM:BN Vehicle Pack includes over a dozen oddball vehicles that were too fun to leave out of the game.
